According to IBM and the Ponemon Institute's "Cost of Data Breach Study: Global Study," the average total cost of a data breach increased 15 percent to $3.5 million. But as a busy executive on the go, you have to review and act on sensitive information all the time, usually using handheld devices like a tablet or smartphone to get the work done. If you lose that device, how can your ensure the integrity of the information it contains?

MeetX is designed to provide the optimal experience for both admins and executives, making it easy to upload, distribute and review sensitive information in a safe environment that eliminates information leaks. Additionally, admins can put updates at management's fingertips, without jeopardizing confidentiality.

Convenience and Simplicity for Executives

Executives need a different type of experience, as they will typically log in on their tablets or smartphones. The intuitive interface features beautiful graphics that make it easy to find new documents and updates. Once the executive logs in, she'll see prominent labels indicating what materials are awaiting her review. If she's on multiple teams that have segregated content, she can easily switch back and forth between the team spaces. For example, in addition to the executive team space, she might be a member of a certain project. All spaces appear in the blue ribbon at the bottom of the screen; she simply taps on the desired space name to access the items there, and she can toggle back and forth between spaces for convenience.

Quick dissemination with tight control

Uploading files to the repository is as simple as drag-and-drop. Admins can easily upload documents in the repository and move them from one folder to another, or post a new version of an existing document by using the "replace" function. Updates are disseminated immediately to those with authorized access.

Permissions within MeetX provide administrators tight control over access. Users only have access for content for which they are explicitly authorized to see, and admins can also revoke access with a click. At any time, they can update permissions on individual documents, as well. If the device is lost or stolen, admins can remotely purge all content, protecting the company from security breaches.

When handling sensitive information, security and speed are both critical. MeetX enabled admins and executives to handle and disseminate sensitive information securely and with ease. For more information, watch this short video.
